The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami

The location was on the beach. There were many really good restaurants nearby. Overall, the staff was very competent. Our server Hassan was very nice & helpful. Caroline was especially impressive. She always had a smile & kind words for us. She was the first person to greet us when we arrived - with cold beverages & info about the resort. She was also a good listener & eager to help wherever possible.

The bar tender - I can’t remember his name - at the outdoor bar was absolutely awesome - made a specialty Mojito that was fantastic! Overall the property is a bit dated - and could use a bit of a refresher - but the staff are first rate and the location is superb!

Cleanliness, Location and privacy, not as crowded as most beach hotels.

This is one of the best combinations of room/location/ beach/atmosphere/view we have ever been to. Great place. The server at breakfast Andrea was way way beyond excellent. We enjoyed being seated in her areas. She is a major plus to he hotel. The hotel and grounds are the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Disney could learn from the Ritz Carlton at Key Biscayne.
